Blue Crab is a small corporation primarily servicing General Contractors, Building Owners & Architects with glazing solutions in Maryland, D.C & VA.  

The company started from a small shared office space in Annapolis, MD and after a challenging first few projects, found it's legs and found a niche in small to medium size commercial interior & exterior glazing projects in Maryland. 


 





We furnish Kawneer & YKK Aluminum Storefront & Curtain Walls.  Andersen Windows & Doors.  ACM Metal Panels. Interior Glass Partitions & Hardware. Exterior & Interior Bi-Folding Glass Doors. 








By Fabricating Aluminum Entrances, Storefront & Curtain Wall in house, we are able to provide high quality, specified storefront & curtain wall solutions packaged and priced to sell.  We field measure each opening on every project prior to cutting to ensure a correct fit and taking the risk off our clients to guarantee opening sizes.    

 






Installation is the foundation of our business and 95% of our awarded projects include installation.  Each project is assigned a Project Manager and a Field Supervisor to ensure all products are being installed to manufacturers instructions, plan details and specifications.  All work is guaranteed for two (2) years on new construction.  Extended warranties available. 








Budget Pricing helps our clients get in early and secure more work.  Access to multiple manufacturers and vendors allows us to provide base bids along with value engineering options to help win jobs.  Your Commercial Estimator can work off of most Schematic Design Plans as well as draft details for it's clients.   










Preconstruction services are handled by your dedicated Commercial Estimator.  Detailed proposals can help begin scope sheets that transfer into clear accurate submittal packages and shop drawings.  Fast revisions when needed help to keep projects moving forward and lead to faster work in place.    









Safety is a continued effort and repetition with weekly safety meetings & safety manual review helps our people get home to their families and loved ones at the end of each day.
